Execs seem to think they won&#x27;t be able to grow sales of their existing range sufficiently to reach that lofty goal, so several more new models are on the way. We&#x27;ve already seen the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/2007\/09\/11\/frankfurt-2007-bmw-x6-revealed\/\">X6 crossover<\/a> at this year&#x27;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/frankfurt-auto-show\/\">Frankfurt Motor Show<\/a>. Including the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/bmw\/x6\/\">X6<\/a>, BMW will have a total of a dozen new and redesigned models over the next four years. Joining the X6 are a second generation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/bmw\/x3\/\">X3<\/a> and an even smaller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/bmw\/x1\/\">X1<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 5- and 7-Series sedans will both get refreshed in the coming years, including a new twin-turbo V-10 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/bmw\/m5\/\">M5<\/a>. The sedans will reportedly get a new sibling in the form of the CS four-door coupe to take on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/mercedes_benz\/\">Mercedes<\/a> CLS and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/porsche\/panamera\/\">Porsche Panamera<\/a>. Another new branch of the family tree will sprout with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/mini\/\">MINI<\/a> Colorado SUV. The final major addition will be the Progressive Activity Sedan that may be dubbed the V5.
