The financial meltdown of the last few months meant that a number of automakers took a pass on this year&#x27;s show. For those that did show up, efficiency was a big part of the story. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/photos\/dodge-circuit-ev-detroit\/\">Dodge Circuit EV<\/a> pictured above probably has the best chance of being <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/chrysler\/\">Chrysler&#x27;s<\/a> first production in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autoblog.com\/electric\/\">EV<\/a> if the company is still doing business as an independant automaker.
